When will my order ship?
Because we know you are excited to receive your BNDS, we are committed to processing your orders quickly. All orders received are processed and shipped by the following business day.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the following countries:
Canada, United States, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, Singapore & United Kingdom.
If you are looking to purchase BNDS and cannot find you country listed above please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will work with you to ship to your preferred destination.
Please note all shipments outside Canada and the USA maybe subject to customs and and duties. All prices listed on www.vlirka.com do not include or reflect customs and duties.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Shipping within Canada: 2 - 8 business days.
Shipping to the United States: 2 - 4 business days.
Rest of the world: 5 - 22 business days.
All shipments come with online tracking and insurance.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We offer one free return or exchange if you happen to change your mind. As all BNDS come in sealed packages, we cannot accept any returned packages that are opened.

Can I cancel my order?
If you have placed an order but would like to cancel the order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will work with you to accommodate all cancellation requests before an order has been processed and shipped.

What does the 1 Year Limited Warranty cover?
1 Year Limited Warranty is valid to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase and only on authentic VLIRKA products, purchased through www.vlirka.com or an authorized reseller, unless prohibited by law. Warranty coverage does not apply to intentionally damaged products.
